Welcome to Edge Sports and Learning Center's Club Rules & Policies

Payments:
* All payments are due the 1st of each month. There is a grace period until the 10th of each month. On the 11th of each month a $20.00 late fee is added to your account.
* Payments by auto draft (Visa, Mastercard) are drafted on the 5th of each month. You can see it drafted approximately between the 6th and the 10th of each month. In the event your account is denied and not corrected, the $20.00 late fee will be added to your account in the event that you do not respond to our phone calls, emails, or mailings notifying you that your credit card was declined. We will add it by the 15th of each month.
* A $5.00 Administrative fee will be added each month that there is an unpaid balance of any amount on your account.
* We accept check or cash, but a backup credit card is required in the event payment is not received by the 15th of each month. After the 15th and still no payment, your child's slot will be filled without further notice.
* All competitive athletes will be required to pay by credit card. All tuition, competition fees, uniform fees, etc will be drafted by credit card. Deadlines are to be met and this will confirm those deadlines. We will no longer call every competitive athlete.Registration Fee:
 There is a $30.00 registration fee per athlete enrolled into the program. This fee is an annual fee and comes due at the start of the school year. This fee is for liability purposes.Withdrawals:
 If you choose to withdraw your child you will need to fill out a withdrawal form prior to the 20th of the month before you wish to withdraw or you will be charged the full tuition amount for the next month. i.e if you wish to withdraw in April you need to fill out the withdrawal form before March 20th.  We do offer make up lessons in classes that are not full. You are required to schedule the make up lesson. If you just show up and the class is full, we will not allow the make up.Uniform:
 All participants must wear shorts, t-shirts or stretchy clothing. NO LEVIS, PANTS, BUTTONS, OR BELTS ALLOWED ON ANY EQUIPMENT. HAIR TIED AWAY FROM FACE, NO JEWELERY, BOBBY PINS, OR SHARP OBJECTS OF ANY KIND IN HAIR OR UNIFORM. In the event your child does come to class with any of the above items they will be asked to remove the item. If this is not possible then a parent will be called and the student will have to sit out. If we cannot contact the parent the child will sit out of class and no make-up granted.Late Arrivals:
 It is Edge safety rules that all participants must participate in the warm-up during the first 10 minutes of class. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will not be able to participate for that day and no refund or make-up granted. Please be on time.Parent Observation Area:
 Any observer is required to sit in the viewing room. Your child has a coach. Please do not interrupt class by yelling or waving your child over to you. This is very disruptive and very unsafe for all the students in the gym and can result in serious injury. Parents will be asked to leave if the disruption continues.Membership:
 We like our parents to be involved in what their child is learning. However, any questions to the staff need to be asked either before or after class. DO NOT come out on the floor and disrupt the class. Please remember that your child is not the only child being taught. We would really appreciate your attention in this matter.
