Trampoline Program
*** THIS IS AN OLYMPIC EVENT***
For those who have back yard trampolines, it is a must to educate and train your children correctly and how to promote safe jumping. The leading reason for injuries on trampoline is just plain and simply unsafe practice. Let us help you and your child understand and develop trampoline techniques and skills.
Our trampoline program follows USA-Gymnastics guidelines and progressions. Because it is an Olympic event we train the set standards and guidelines set by USA-Gymnastics so that they are at the competitive level when ready. Because trampoline rotation takes longer than floor we do offer smaller class sizes, 1 to 6. All classes will learn all skills and progressions for tramp age appropriate.

X-TREAM AERIALISTS
MINI AERIALIST:
This class is for ages 7 – 11, 1 day per week for 1 hour, cost $50.00 per month.
JUNIOR AERIALIST:
This class is for ages 11 & Older, 1 day per week for 1 hour, cost $50.00 per month.
AERIAL ELITES:
This class is for the trampolinist that has passed levels 1-7. It is not set by age but by skill level. This class runs 2 days per week for 1.5 hrs, cost $85.00 per month.
